項目位于廣東省佛山市南海區，緊鄰水口大道，地理位置優越，景觀資源豐富，人文氛圍濃厚，周邊有多個工業園區和科技創新企業，形成了一個繁榮的科技創新生態圈。周圍植被覆蓋率高，道路兩旁綠樹成蔭，為這里增添了一份寧靜與舒適。
The project is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, adjacent to Shuikou Avenue, boasting a superior geographical location, abundant landscape resources, and a strong cultural atmosphere. Surrounded by multiple industrial parks and technological innovation enterprises, it has formed a thriving technological innovation ecosystem. The surrounding area has a high vegetation coverage, with trees lining both sides of the roads, adding a sense of tranquility and comfort to the location.
項目設計圍繞“多元一體 · 和而不同”的理念展開，在中性的大基調空間中，局部運用單一色彩，藉由濃度的變化，透過材質的轉換，把空間的層次與張力調出，彰顯各區域與品牌的特色，同時突出時尚產業的色彩魅力。
The project design revolves around the concept of ‘Unity in Diversity · Harmony Yet Difference’. Within a neutral overall tone, single colors are locally applied, utilizing variations in concentration and transitions in materials to bring out the layers and tension of the space, highlighting the unique features of each area and brand while emphasizing the color charm of the fashion industry.
在體現每一個品牌特點的同時，又使它們和諧共存，由此創造出一個具有藝術格調的多元化辦公空間。
While reflecting the unique characteristics of each brand, they coexist harmoniously, thereby creating a diversified office space with an artistic style.
設計風格上對細節進行細致的研究和處理，更加注重時尚感與設計感。品牌Logo組合排列展示，即達到美觀的作用，又能在空間層次中串聯。
The design style emphasizes meticulous research and handling of details, with a greater focus on fashion and design sense. The branding logos are displayed in a combined arrangement, which not only serves aesthetic purposes but also connects different spatial layers.

簡潔流暢的弧形線條可令人身心放松、精力集中，打破傳統辦公空間剛性刻板的印象。
The clean and fluid curved lines promote relaxation and concentration, breaking the rigid and stereotypical impression of traditional office spaces.
茶水間踐行不費力的時髦主義，詮釋“少即是多”的理念 ，在黑灰白的色系中，加入橙色進行點綴，不多不少恰到好處。
The tea room embodies effortless chic, interpreting the philosophy of "less is more." Amidst the black, gray, and white color palette, orange accents are added in just the right amount, neither too much nor too little.
藉由材質本身的肌理，豐富視覺感受，展現純粹。輔以家具圓形飽滿的線條體現空間的個性。
By utilizing the inherent texture of materials, we enrich the visual experience and display purity. This is complemented by the rounded and full lines of the furniture, which reflect the unique character of the space.
通過大面積的白色表達品牌自身對于產品的自信，展現其純粹的美學工藝與設計理念。整個辦公空間主體可區分為三大版塊：辦公空間、研發車間及運動與活動交誼空間。
The extensive use of white expresses the brand's confidence in its products, showcasing its pure aesthetic craftsmanship and design philosophy. The main body of the entire office space can be divided into three major sections: office space, research and development workshop, and sports and social activity space.

空間整體選用黑、白、灰三種中性色彩賦予空間沉浸純粹的視覺感受，各樓層依據品牌的不同，從各自品牌VI色中，擷取提煉出空間輔色，將各自分區空間串連起來，成就單層空間的整體性。
The overall space adopts three neutral colors of black, white, and gray to provide an immersive and pure visual experience. Depending on the different brands located on each floor, auxiliary colors are extracted from each brand's VI color palette to interconnect their respective partitioned spaces, achieving an integrated single-floor space.
在展會期間，整個開放空間可藉由道具的擺放，配合頂上的燈光設計，靈活展布出發布會走秀舞臺，或是在平時調整道具的擺放方式，組織一場腦力風暴的創意討論。
During the exhibition, the entire open space can be flexibly transformed into a runway for the launch event through the arrangement of props and coordination with overhead lighting design. Alternatively, by adjusting the arrangement of props during regular times, it can be organized into a brainstorming session for creative discussions.
每層電梯廳以明亮的黃色系突出各樓層導視，點出動線樞紐帶以及垂直的動線關系。
The elevator hall on each floor highlights the navigation signage with bright yellow hues, emphasizing the hub of movement and the vertical movement relationships.

純凈設計理念貫穿廊道，時尚感十足的復古灰地板搭配簡約奶油風石膏墻面，更加彰顯個性。透明玻璃引入自然光線，巧妙提升空間層次感。天花內嵌氤氳燈帶，光影交織，律動中展現出深邃而富有層次的空間美學。
The pure design concept permeates the corridors, where the stylish vintage grey flooring is paired with minimalist cream-colored plaster walls, enhancing individuality. Transparent glass admits natural light, cleverly enhancing the spatial hierarchy. The ceiling is embedded with soft light strips, and the interplay of light and shadow reveals a profound and layered spatial aesthetic in a rhythmic manner.
考慮到時尚界快速變化的特性，時尚產品的生命周期通常較短，每年都會有兩季度的產品發表與選貨時間，因此在各樓層電梯廳附近開放空間，都會設置多處洽談空間，以滿足團隊的協作與交流。
Given the rapidly changing nature of the fashion industry, fashion products generally have a short lifecycle, with two product launch and selection periods each year. Therefore, multiple negotiation spaces are set up in the open areas near the elevator halls on each floor to cater to team collaboration and communication needs.
會議室天花設計內置LED發光燈帶，巧妙地加深了空間的縱深感，層次分明。
The ceiling design of the conference room incorporates built-in LED light strips, cleverly enhancing the sense of depth in the space and creating a distinct layered effect.
多媒體廳摒棄了傳統的階梯固定座椅布局，轉而采用階梯座位混搭的創新模式，這一改變讓整體空間洋溢著自由與靈動的氣息，盡情展現著創意無垠、自由不羈的蓬勃活力。
The multimedia hall has abandoned the traditional layout of fixed stepped seating, adopting an innovative mix of stepped seating arrangements instead. This change fills the entire space with a sense of freedom and agility, fully demonstrating boundless creativity and the vibrant energy of unrestrained spirit.
通過藍、橙、黃三種色塊的鮮明碰撞，在一片細膩鋪陳的灰色調層次中，巧妙地激發了空間的勃勃生機，并與外部區域的休憩空間形成了和諧而富有連貫性的視覺呼應。
Through the vivid juxtaposition of blue, orange, and yellow color blocks, amidst the finely layered tones of gray, the space is ingeniously invigorated with vitality. This creates a harmonious and cohesive visual echo with the lounging space in the external area.
